The winter coaching staff from 26 Mid-Wach schools will be attending their annual meeting to collaborate and go over various league/program/team expectations, goals and standards for the 2023 season. During Ashley's interactive workshop she will be focusing on: perspective, accountability, values, mindset, and unity. She will emphasize the positive impact coaches have on their student-athletes and the many life skills taught through sports that help players push through the emotional, mental and physical fitness limits they so often put on themselves both on and off of the field.

Ashley is collaborating with Anthony Barbosa for The Fall Jam Classic which is focused on raising awareness about mental health. Throughout the event Ashley will be presenting interactive workshops with all participating teams focusing on: mindset, resiliency, body language, confidence, energy, communication, competitiveness, building rapport and leadership. She will provide student-athletes with multiple tools to help them push through the emotional, mental and physical fitness limits we so often put on ourselves.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: the power of influence, energy, resiliency, going ALL IN, effective leadership skills, confidence and mindset. She will also reinforce the Wolves Wrestling Programs values of: DEDICATION, HARDWORK, and COMMITMENT throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: character, mindset, effective leadership skills, building rapport, power of influence, energy and body language. She will reinforce the Ice Hockey Teams values of: REFLECTION, EMPATHY and CHARACTER throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, self-talk, overcoming doubts/fears, turning perceived setbacks into comebacks, energy, and mindset. She will be emphasizing the Ski Programs values of: ENJOY YOURSELF, MINDSET and RESILIENCY. Ashley will also reinforce the WOLVES athletics motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, self-talk, presence, impact, performance, overcoming doubts/fears, confidence, focus/clarity and mindset. She will be emphasizing the Indoor Track Programs values of: PERFORMING UNDER PRESSURE, SUPPORT and CONFIDENCE.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: teamwork, confidence, effective leadership, building rapport, body language, going ALL IN and character. She will reinforce the Rockets values of respect, responsibility, perseverance and scholarship while also emphasizing the importance of mindset and resiliency.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, commiting to something greater than yourself, creating high performance habits, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, language and action alignment, embracing opportunities, creating a culture of positive authentic energy, and setting/attaining high standards both on and off the court. Ashley will reinforce the Colonials Boys Basketball Values: EFFORT, ATTITUDE and DISCIPLINE throughout the session. She will also emphasize the Shrewsbury High School Athletics Values: Accountability, Competitiveness, and Empowerment during the workshop.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: going ALL IN, confidence, the short and long term impact of consistency, effective communication, building character, energy, the power of influence, leadership, body language, mindset and the importance of being a solid unit. She will reinforce the Boys Ice Hockey Program Values of: HARDWORK, TEAMWORK and WORKING TOGETHER during the session. Ashley will also emphasize the Rockets Athletic Department Mission of the commitment to the true spirit of competition through respect, integrity, responsibility, leadership and sportsmanship.
