This high-impact session will challenge the WPI Football team to own their power and lead with unwavering confidence, while reinforcing the ENGINEERS Football team values of Trust. Accountability. Teamwork. These student-athletes will learn to overcome hesitation and self-imposed pressure by commanding their inner fire...stepping into decisive action with clarity and courage. Recognizing the weight of emotional, mental, and physical battles each player faces, this opportunity creates a space to build resilience, composure, and determination. Through dynamic, interactive activities, teammates experience the power of collective energy...firing each other up on the sideline and fueling a relentless drive both on and off the field.

This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the WPI ENGINEERS Football Team Values: TRUST/ACCOUNTABILITY/TEAMWORK during the interactive session.

This refresher session is designed to reinforce and expand on the key principles introduced in the main "RISE UP" workshop, providing student-athletes with tools and strategies to maintain progress and elevate their performance throughout the season. It focuses on consistently doing the right things so habits become ingrained and standards are clear through the decisions and actions of both individuals and the team. Centered on accountability, stepping up, and impactful communication, these ROCKETS will deepen their understanding of leadership and embracing a growth mindset. This session places a special emphasis on pushing through self-imposed physical limits...recognizing that true resilience starts in the mind. Through deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, participants will learn to channel their energy intentionally. 

Specifically designed for the WPI Swimming and Diving team, this transformational workshop invites student-athletes to take a bold leap into personal and collective growth. Rooted in the values of Togetherness. Self-belief. Resilience. participants will learn to embrace challenges as opportunities to elevate performance both in and out of the pool. Through mindset coaching, student-athletes will develop powerful self-talk and reframing skills to turn obstacles into breakthroughs. This session highlights the impact of contributing to something greater than oneself. Whether leading by example, offering encouragement, or standing strong on the toughest days, every student-athlete's role is essential. Your presence is not only seen and heard...it's deeply felt, shaping the energy and success of the entire team.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: creating a presence, owning your space, the power of momentum, the compounding of the little things into the big things, value/language/action alignment, paying attention to detail during class/practice, body language, leading by example, the impact of energy and where we were/are/want to go. The Murphy Academy of Irish Dance Values: Confidence. Strength. Friendship. Tradition. will be highlighted during the workshop activities.

This session is designed to reinforce and build upon the core principles introduced in the main "DIVE IN" workshop. The Swimming and Diving ENGINEERS will deepen their understanding of consistency, mindset reframing, and the critical role of body language and aligned language-action in performance. Recognizing the ongoing challenges student-athletes face, this opportunity creates a space to strengthen resilience, sharpen communication, and cultivate empowering habits. Through dynamic, interactive activities, teammates will experience how their individual and collective contribution fuel momentum and elevate team cohesion. 

Throughout this interactive workshop, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas, including individual and team reflection, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, and making intentional adjustments. She'll also cover personal routines for success, setting expectations for oneself and others, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for dancers/athletes, implementing the Murphy Academy of Irish Dance Values:  Confidence. Strength. Friendship. Tradition. and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and dance related) that: boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.

This empowering interactive workshop is designed specifically for middle school student leaders. Rooted in the National Junior Honor Society 5 pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship, this experience guides students to understand how their language, actions, and body language align to create authentic influence. Through individual, partner, and group activities, students discover that leadership isn't about perfection...it's about consistent growth and owning their impact. They'll learn how the little things...the daily habits and choices...build the foundation for the big things, shaping not only their own lives but inspiring peers to lead with integrity and purpose. This workshop fosters self-advocacy, trust, and accountability, encouraging every student to step confidently into their role as a leader within their community and beyond.
