Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: providing tools to become an effective leader, attaching "meaning," body language, composure, committing to something greater than yourself, embracing opportunities, creating high performance habits, language/action alignment and the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic. She will reinforce the Boys Lacrosse Program Values of: COMMUNICATION/CHARACTER/DISRUPTION while also emphasizing the WOLVES Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World. throughout the session.

Throughout this workshop Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, effective speaking/tone, listening to understand, attaching "meaning," choose your words (encourage/challenge), body language, confidence, taking action instead of reacting and the influence your energy has on your life. During the session she will reinforce the WOLVES Girls Lacrosse Program Values as well as emphasize the NRHS Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Keeping things simple
-Taking things as they are
-Listening to understand
-Resiliency
-Mindset

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: where you were, are and want to go, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, making choices/decisions with intention, resiliency, noticing "wins," character, self-advocacy, overcoming doubts/fears, and the importance of simplicity. The session will emphasize the PANTHERS Softball Program Values, the QRHS values of Innovation, Resilience, Responsibility and Respect as well as reinforce the mission of the Quabbin Regional School District to develop an interactive and inclusive learning community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in a global society. 

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: improving confidence, the influence of energy, believing in yourself and others, pushing yourself/passion in your heart, going ALL IN, and committing to results and set goals. She will also reinforce the PANTHERS values of Innovation, Resilience, Responsibility and Respect while emphasizing the QRHS baseball programs values throughout the session. 

Throughout this workshop Ashley will be focusing on: leadership, embracing our mistakes, our impact on others lives and the world, improving confidence, going ALL IN, committing to results and set goals, keeping things simple, taking things as they are, taking action instead of reacting, where you were/are/and want to go and committing to something greater than yourself. Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: leadership, energy, turning setbacks into empowering comebacks, where you were/are/and want to go, character, mindset, body language, noticing "wins," and being a part of something greater than yourself. During the workshop she will reinforce the Shrewsbury Baseball Program Values of: POSITIVE ATTITUDE/WORK HARD/BE A GOOD TEAMMATE as well as their Motto: "Something to Prove." Ashley will also emphasize the COLONIALS Athletic Department Values of: Accountability, Competitiveness, and Empowerment throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/are/want to go, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, making choices/decisions with intention, resiliency, noticing "wins," character, self-advocacy, overcoming doubts/fears and the importance of simplicity. During the session she will reinforce the NRHS Girls Golf Programs Values of: TEAMWORK/INTEGRITY/RESILIENCE as well as emphasize the WOLVES Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: vision, creating a solid foundation, consistency, embracing the incremental steps of achievement, turning pressure into power, competitiveness, accountability, the emotional dimension of teamwork, owning your space and reflection. She will reinforce the WOLVES Boys Volleyball Programs Values of: HARDWORK/POSITIVE ATTITUDE/KINDNESS during the session as well as emphasize their Motto: VBALL-Values, Believe, Attitude, Loyalty, and Leadership. The NRHS Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World. Will also be referenced regularly throughout the workshop.

The COLONIALS Baseball and Softball Programs will be joining forces encouraging each other emotionally, mentally and physically to give their best so their best becomes better...together. Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, committing to something greater than yourself, creating high performance habits, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, language and action alignment, embracing opportunities, creating a culture of positive authentic energy, and setting/attaining high standards. The session will emphasize the Shrewsbury Softball Programs Values as well as the Colonials Athletic Program Motto: Accountability, Competitiveness, and throughout the strategically planned activities.
