Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, improving confidence, keeping things simple, going ALL IN, taking action instead of reacting, the influence of energy, listening to understand, attaching "meaning," body language, committing to results/set goals, and effective speaking/tone. She will also reinforce the PANTHERS Cheer Program Values of: ACCOUNTABILITY/CONFIDENCE/ATTITUDE and emphasize the ASRHS Athletic Department Values of: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. during the session.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, creating high performance habits, embracing opportunities, effective leadership, building rapport, energy, you become who you surround yourself with, standards, routines, and being a part of something greater than yourself. Throughout this session Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/are/want to go, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, making choices/decisions with intention, character, resiliency, noticing "wins," self-advocacy, overcoming doubts/fears, and the importance of simplicity. Ashley will reinforce the Millbury High School Girls Basketball Program Values as well as the Athletic Department Values of: Integrity. Accountability. Respect. and the WOOLIE PRIDE Motto: The Little Things...MATTER during the workshop.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will focus on: the little things that make a big difference, how you "show up" matters, staying positive when being "tested," focus/clarity of what you CAN/CAN'T control, Emotional/Mental/Physical GRIT, courage, building resilience, pressure is a privilege, standards, routines, facing challenges/embracing opportunities, effort=results, self-talk, body language and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. She will emphasize the COLONIALS Boys Basketball Program Values of: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE as well as reinforce the SHS Athletics Values: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment.
