Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: energy, intensity, resiliency, mindset, encouragement, trust and confidence. She will reinforce Quabbin's mission to develop an interactive and inclusive community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in global society.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will share parts of her story and provide participants with tools to help them push through emotional, mental, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Participants will leave feeling empowered as a result of learning various ways to decrease anxieties and stress associated with various types of relationships they will experience both now and in the future. Ashley will emphasize topics embracing the Shine Initiative's mission to combat discrimination and destigmatize mental health conditions in children and young adults.
