Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, body language, mindset, being a part of something greater than yourself, turning setbacks into comebacks, overcoming doubts/fears, the importance of standards and routines, the process of progress and language/action alignment. Throughout the session she will reinforce the Demolition program values of: FAMILY/TOUGHNESS/COMMUNICATION while also emphasizing the NTQ values of: Courage. Resiliency. Empowerment.
