    Throughout this interactive workshop, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas, including individual and team reflection, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, and making intentional adjustments. She'll also cover personal routines for success, the idea that there's no off season, setting expectations for oneself and others, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for student-athletes, implementing 5 pillar values off the field, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and football related), boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.

She will briefly describe the various NTQ workshops offered: Leadership, Communication, BRING IT!, Energy: What are your vibes?, Embracing the Process of Progress, Let's Talk: Relationships and Self-Awareness, LEVEL UP, GRIT: Emotional/Mental/Physical and Resilience: You've Got This!. Ashley will also provide information regarding how each workshop/combination of workshops are strategically planned for the specific program she has the honor of working with to help student-athletes learn, grow, and conquer while navigating through all aspects of life both in and out of season.

Selflessness. will be emphasized and reinforced during the strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and full team exercises.

She will emphasize the BISON FOOTBALL PROGRAM 5 Pillars of: FAMILY/ACCOUNTABILITY/COMMITMENT/TOUGHNESS/SELFLESSNESS as well as reinforce the Nichols College values of: Leadership. Initiative. Accountability. Excellence. Collaboration. Diversity. during the individual, partner, small group, and team strategically planned activities.
