Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: providing tools to become an effective leader, the power of influence, embracing mistakes, connection/creating rapport, body language, attaching "meaning," listening to understand, encouragement, going ALL IN, committing to results/set goals, energy, believing in yourself and others, and simplicity. She will emphasize the PANTHERS Girls Lacrosse Values of: TEAMWORK/RESILIENCE/RESPECT and reinforce the Plymouth South High School Athletics philosophy to foster the development of positive self-esteem and a climate among coaches and team members where mutual respect, honor and integrity are valued.
