Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership, understanding resilience and its importance, self-talk, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, perspective, building a strong support network, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve, empowerment, body language, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity, intentionally channeling energy, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, the impact of consistency, accountability and trust. She will emphasize the PANTHERS Softball Program Values: MENTAL TOUGHNESS/RESILIENCE/TOGETHERNESS during the strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and team activities.
