This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, embracing the process of progress, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the PANTHERS Softball Program Values: Mental Toughness. Resilience. Togetherness. during the workshops strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and full team activities.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership, understanding resilience and its importance, self-talk, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, perspective, building a strong support network, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve, empowerment, body language, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity, intentionally channeling energy, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, the impact of consistency, accountability and trust. She will emphasize the PANTHERS Softball Program Values: MENTAL TOUGHNESS/RESILIENCE/TOGETHERNESS during the strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and team activities.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: encouragement, turning setbacks into empowering comebacks, leadership, standards, routines, and creating high performance habits. The PANTHERS Girls Soccer Program Values of: LEADERSHIP/MENTAL TOUGHNESS/CONFIDENCE will be emphasized and reinforced during the strategically planned workshop activities.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: composure, effective communication, the power of influence, emotional regulation, body language, channeling energy into productivity, confidence, accountability, character, camaraderie, and mindset. The PANTHERS Boys Soccer Program Values: Communication. Collaboration. Chemistry. Confidence. Compete. will be emphasized and reinforced during the strategically planned individual, partner, small group, team and program activities.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, committing to something greater than yourself, creating high performance habits, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, language/action alignment, embracing opportunities, creating a culture of positive authentic energy, and setting/attaining high standards. She will emphasize and reinforce the PANTHERS Boys Soccer Program Values of: COMMUNICATION/COLLABORATION/CHEMISTRY/CONFIDENCE as well as the PANTHERS Girls Soccer Program Values: LEADERSHIP/MENTAL TOUGHNESS/CONFIDENCE consistently throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership, the little things that make a big difference, how you "show up" matters, staying positive when being tested, focus/clarity of what you CAN/CAN'T control, Emotional/Mental/Physical GRIT, courage, building resilience, standards, routines, effort=results, self-talk, body language and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. Ashley will emphasize and reinforce the PANTHERS Girls Soccer Program Values of: LEADERSHIP, MENTAL TOUGHNESS and CONFIDENCE consistently during the strategically planned activities.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: communication, creating rapport, mindset, body language, effective leadership, speaking/tone, listening to understand, attaching meaning, creating high performance habits, language/action alignment, setting/attaining high standards, routines, understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself and camaraderie. During the session Ashley will also emphasize the PANTHERS Athletics mission to reinforce the values associated with discipline, performing under stress, teamwork, sacrifice, commitment, effort, accountability, citizenship, confidence, leadership, organizational skills, physical well-being and healthy lifestyle, striving toward excellence, ethics, playing within the spirit of the rules and good sportsmanship.

She will reinforce and emphasize the Panthers Softball Program Values: MENTAL TOUGHNESS/RESILIENCE/TOGETHERNESS during the individual, partner, small group, and whole program strategically planned activities.

The PANTHERS Baseball and Softball programs will be joining forces encouraging each other emotionally, mentally and physically to give their best so their best consistently becomes better...together. Throughout this workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, commiting to something greater than yourself, creating high performance habits, language/action alignment, embracing opportunities, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, creating a culture of positive authentic energy and camaraderie. She will reinforce the PANTHERS Values of the Baseball and Softball programs throughout the session while also emphasizing the QRSD mission to develop an interactive and inclusive learning community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in a global society.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: improving confidence, the influence of energy, believing in yourself and others, pushing yourself/passion in your heart, going ALL IN, and committing to results and set goals. She will also reinforce the PANTHERS values of Innovation, Resilience, Responsibility and Respect while emphasizing the QRHS baseball programs values throughout the session.
