Throughout this interactive session Ashley will focus on: the little things that make a big difference, how you "show up" matters, staying positive when being "tested," focus/clarity of what you CAN/CAN'T control, Emotional/Mental/Physical GRIT, courage, building resilience, pressure is a privilege, standards, routines, facing challenges/embracing opportunities, effort=results, self-talk, body language and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. She will emphasize the COLONIALS Boys Basketball Program Values of: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE as well as reinforce the SHS Athletics Values: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment.
