Women’s Volleyball Team

This REFRESHER will be focusing on: accountability, confidence, clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the BISON Women’s Volleyball Team Values: Integrity. Teamwork. Community. Communication. during the workshops strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and full team activities.

Ashley will also incorporate exercises that improve:
-Resilience
-Setting/attaining goals
-Going ALL IN
-Creating high performance habits
