Girls Soccer Program

Designed for the Auburn High School Girls Soccer program, this dynamic workshop challenges student-athletes to dig deep individually and collectively. Rooted in the core values of Teamwork. Grit. Character. participants explore the power of effective communication, body language, and mental toughness to push through emotional, mental, and physical barriers. These ROCKETS will learn how the way they carry themselves…both on and off the field…sends powerful signals that influence their confidence, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure. This session emphasizes the importance of doing the right thing even when no one is watching, reinforcing that the small, consistent actions build the foundation for big breakthroughs.

Through strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and full program activities, student-athletes will engage in an interactive experience that encourages them to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the process of progress. These intentional actions foster authentic connection and solid camaraderie, naturally strengthening the bonds that elevate the entire team. These ROCKETS will be empowered to impact the game and the moment…making their presence known and showing ups as their best selves, understanding that improvement…not perfection…is the true path to success. This workshop builds strength, commitment, and leadership essential for elevating both individual and team performance on and off the field.
