Shrewsbury High School MAKE A DIFFERENCE Combination Workshop
Baseball Program
March 28 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: leadership, energy, turning setbacks into empowering comebacks, where you were/are/and want to go, character, mindset, body language, noticing “wins,” and being a part of something greater than yourself. During the workshop she will reinforce the Shrewsbury Baseball Program Values of: POSITIVE ATTITUDE/WORK HARD/BE A GOOD TEAMMATE as well as their Motto: “Something to Prove.” Ashley will also emphasize the COLONIALS Athletic Department Values of: Accountability, Competitiveness, and Empowerment throughout the session.
Additionally Ashley will incorporate activities that improve:
-Confidence
-Resiliency
-Overcoming doubts/fears
-Keeping things simple
-Taking action instead of reacting
