She will reinforce Quabbin's mission to develop an interactive and inclusive community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in global society.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will share parts of her story and provide participants with tools to help them push through emotional, mental, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Participants will leave feeling empowered as a result of learning various ways to decrease anxieties and stress associated with various types of relationships they will experience both now and in the future. Ashley will emphasize topics embracing the Shine Initiative's mission to combat discrimination and destigmatize mental health conditions in children and young adults.

Throughout this NEW interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/where you are/where you want to go, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, making choices/decisions with intention, resiliency, noticing “wins,” character, self-advocacy and the importance of simplicity. She will emphasize the Colonials motto: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: effective communication, power of influence, the little details that add up, body language and confidence. She will emphasize the RAMS motto "Accountability in Action" and reinforce SHRHS's "Commitment to Excellence" to educate, challenge, and empower students to succeed in the 21st century.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: improving confidence, the influence of energy, believing in yourself and others, pushing yourself/passion in your heart, going ALL IN and committing to set results and goals. She will provide participants with various tools that help them push through emotional, mental, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Ashley will be an additional asset in the present and future emphasizing the Cape Ann FHC mission to develop the overall athletes mental and physical well-being both on and off the field.
