This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, embracing the process of progress, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the PANTHERS Softball Program Values: Mental Toughness. Resilience. Togetherness. during the workshops strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and full team activities.

This REFRESHER will focus on: communication, the power of one, the little things that make a big difference, building upon deliberate decisions, compounding leadership skills, body language, developing habits for peak performance, pushing beyond emotional/mental/physical constraints, enhancing self-assurance, and the strength of momentum. Ashley will reinforce the PANTHERS Girls Lacrosse Program Values: TEAMWORK/RESILIENCE/RESPECT throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, understanding the little things are the big things, momentum, effective speaking/tone, keeping things simple, taking action instead of reacting, channeling energy, leading with intention, attaching "meaning," and encouragement. She will emphasize the FHS WARRIORS Boys Lacrosse Program Values: BUY IN/INTEGRITY/RESPECT/EFFORT during all of the structured workshop activities.
