Throughout the interactive workshops Ashley and Shrewsbury Athletic Director Jay Costa will provide student-athletes with a variety of activities that reinforce the Colonials 2023 Athletic Department Values: Accountability, Competitiveness and Empowerment. The Colonials motto: EFFORT, ATTITUDE, DISCIPLINE will be incorporated and emphasized during all individual, partner, small and large group exercises. The workshops will focus on: leadership, communication, culture, teamwork, expectations/appreciation, confidence, and the ripple effect.

Ashley is teaming up with Shrewsbury Athletic Director Jay Costa to present this interactive course. The Creating a Winning Atmosphere Through Sports course will examine such topics as the mental aspects of sports, the motivation of athletes, the building of a team culture, as well as learning techniques and strategies for building a "winning atmosphere."

Throughout this NEW interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: where you were/where you are/where you want to go, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, making choices/decisions with intention, resiliency, noticing “wins,” character, self-advocacy and the importance of simplicity. She will emphasize the Colonials motto: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE.

Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: energy, influence, stepping up, leading by example and overcoming doubts/fears. She will emphasize the Colonials motto EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE as well as reinforce the importance of how the little details add up to big results.
